Hamer started its activities as a microenterprise on March 21, 2019, in Aracaju, focusing on integrity testing (PIT) for foundation piles, standing out as the first company in Sergipe specialized in this field. Since its foundation, the company has dedicated itself to offering high-quality services, with a focus on precision and safety, always aiming to meet market demands and technical standards.
Over time, Hamer expanded its range of services, adding static load testing to its portfolio, one of the most important tests to ensure the efficiency and stability of foundations in civil construction projects.
Over the years, Hamer has established itself as a reference in Sergipe, being recognized for its technical expertise and commitment to safety. The founder and technical director, Victor Lourenço, holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Sergipe (2012) and a master's degree in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis on geotechnics, from the Federal University of Sergipe (2015). He has training from Pile Dynamics Inc. (PDI), under the instruction of Jorge Beim (2017 and 2018), and a course on Load Testing in Foundations from UNICAMP, where he obtained a grade of 10.00 (2019).
He has taught in the civil engineering courses at institutions such as the Federal University of Sergipe, the Federal Institute of Sergipe, Piodécimo College, and the Tiradentes University.
